This programs pampers your body and mind to make you more relaxed and recharged while taking good care of your health through delicious plant based whole food meals and snacks and using ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and Thai traditional system of healing. While this 4 days program lets you spend your day at a leisurely pace, we make sure that you get Ayurveda treatments along with time to walk in nature and yes also do some strength training exercise, yoga & pranayama (breathing exercise) .
