French Fries Tempeh, and Homemade Tomato Sauce

Tempeh is a traditional food from Indonesia made from the fermentation of soybeans or different types of beans and fungi that help digest protein and nutrients inside the beans. It is a nutrient-dense, low-fat, plant-based protein source for vegetarians. We fried them crispy with hot air without oil; eat them with homemade tomato sauce, which we simmer from real tomatoes and season to get the natural flavor from tomatoes.
