On March 7-8, 2023, Wellness We care organized a private camp for LF Logistics (Thailand) Co., Ltd. in Good Health by Yourself course, 2 days and 1 night. 34 participants joined the camp, which were managers and executives. This camp provides participants with knowledge and skills in caring for their health and changing lifestyles to prevent NCDs or chronic non-communicable diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, coronary artery disease, obesity, chronic kidney disease, and stroke. Thailand has more mortality and impact statistics from NCDs than worldwide (SSS, 2021), creating a very high burden of disease management and medical expenses. If the organization has people of working age who are sick with NCDs, it may affect the organization in many ways. Whether its potential to work, and the cost burden of the organization
