On October 14-15, 2023, Wellness We care organized a Stress management camp for workers who face stress. 2-day, 1-night camp to learn and practice managing stress yourself at Wellness We care, Muak Lek, Saraburi.
During the camp, participants assessed their stress levels, understood the leading causes of stress, and prioritized finding the right way to cope as well as learning about the main healthcare aspects of lifestyle medicine to prevent various diseases that may occur from stress, such as heart disease, mental illness, depression, and ischemic stroke. There are also workshops and activities to enhance skills in meditation and relaxation for the camp participants with yoga, tai chi, soft pastel painting, and body movement to manage stress on their own effectively.
