Mega We care, a global leader in pharmaceuticals and health supplements, continues to expand its proactive health promotion mission into Central Asia by hosting a “Good Health by Yourself” (GHBY) practical training workshop for a group of physicians from Uzbekistan. The training was held on May 18–19, 2025, at the Wellness We care Center in Muak Lek, Saraburi, Thailand.
This initiative is part of Mega We care’s broader commitment to advancing holistic health practices rooted in Lifestyle Medicine across all countries where the company operates. The focus is on empowering individuals to take charge of their own health in a sustainable and effective way.
Led by Dr. Sant Chaiyodsilp, Medical Director of the Wellness We care Center, the program delivered key knowledge in four critical dimensions of holistic wellness: optimal nutrition, effective stress management, personalized physical activity, and techniques for improving sleep quality. These foundational pillars aim to foster long-term health and balance in individuals’ lives.
Expanding the “Good Health by Yourself” concept to Uzbekistan marks a significant step in bringing preventive healthcare knowledge to Central Asia—a region with increasing demand for proactive health system reform. Mega We Care envisions this approach as a cornerstone for building resilient, sustainable healthcare systems worldwide.
The visiting Uzbek medical team showed particular interest in applying the nutrition and stress management concepts in ways that align with their country’s cultural context. They also plan to integrate the acquired knowledge into primary and secondary healthcare services in Uzbekistan.
Beyond fostering international knowledge exchange, the GHBY program helps position Thailand as a regional hub for wellness innovation. It serves as a platform for disseminating best practices in integrative health and wellness to the global medical community.
Mega We care remains committed to advancing the “Good Health by Yourself” movement through ongoing collaboration with healthcare professionals around the world—contributing to the creation of a sustainable health ecosystem and improved quality of life for populations globally.
