Good Health by Yourself (2-Day ,1-Night Health Training program)

A learning program for healthy people or people at risk of chronic noncommunicable diseases, such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, obesity, Etc. You will learn and practice healthy self-directed skills through actions or lifestyle modification. The course content is based on information from medical science. Camp participants will gain knowledge through a variety of teaching processes. You will know the appropriate health indicators and be able to track them yourself. The learning model in the camp consists of content learning, workshops, demonstrations, and do-it-yourself practice on essential aspects of being healthy, including dietary habits, exercise, stress management, and sleep. Camp participants will stay in an atmosphere close to nature at the Wellness We care Center, Muak Lek, Saraburi, for 2 days and 1 night. You will be served a plant-based, Whole Food Low Fat diet (PBWF) that is a healthy eating pattern.
