Kaeng Liang is another menu with medicinal properties in traditional Thai medicine because spicy herbs contain essential oils and are rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory agents. We use mushrooms as a low-fat source of protein and high in fiber, and asystasia gangetica leaves to increase the variety of green leafy vegetables in the Kaeng Liang menu.
