Mega We care, a global leader in pharmaceuticals and health supplements, reaffirmed its commitment to promoting preventive health by hosting a hands-on training workshop, “Good Health by Yourself” (GHBY), for a team of medical professionals from Ethiopia. The event took place at the Wellness We care Center in Muak Lek, Saraburi, Thailand.
Recognizing the pivotal role of physicians in disease prevention and health promotion, the GHBY workshop was designed to foster a culture of self-driven wellness and support the integration of Lifestyle Medicine into healthcare systems across the 33 countries where Mega We care operates.
Dr. Sant Chaiyodsilp, Director of the Wellness We care Center and a leading advocate of Lifestyle Medicine in Thailand, led the workshop. The program focused on equipping participants with practical knowledge and skills in key pillars of Lifestyle Medicine, including:
- Nutrition for optimal health
- Effective stress management techniques
- Guidelines for safe and appropriate physical activity
- Strategies for improving sleep quality
The Ethiopian medical team responded enthusiastically to the training, expressing readiness to apply these principles to enhance patient care and public health outcomes in their home country.
This initiative is part of Mega We care’s broader mission to empower people everywhere to take charge of their own health. By sharing knowledge and building capacity among healthcare professionals both locally and internationally, the company is advancing sustainable health and wellbeing globally.
Hosting the GHBY camp in Thailand also highlights the country’s growing potential as a global hub for wellness education and innovation. Mega We care remains dedicated to driving positive change by promoting holistic, preventive healthcare through science, compassion, and education.
