Bangkok, August 21, 2025 – Mega We care is reinforcing its commitment to employee well-being by organizing the “Reverse Disease by Yourself” (RDBY) Program, a Lifestyle Medicine-based initiative designed to strengthen proactive health culture within the organization. This special edition, held exclusively for Thai employees from August 21–23, 2025, took place at Wellness We care Center, Mega’s social enterprise health facility in Muak Lek, Saraburi. The program builds upon annual health check-up results, aiming to transform preventive insights into long-term health practices.
Empowering Employees Through Lifestyle Medicine
As part of Mega We care’s global employee wellness initiative, this session was explicitly tailored for Thai employees. Insights from the company’s annual health check-ups indicated rising risks of non-communicable diseases (NCDs). In response, the program was developed to help employees proactively manage their health through evidence-based Lifestyle Medicine practices, recognized worldwide for their effectiveness in preventing and reversing NCDs.
Over three days, participants gained both knowledge and hands-on experience across six key dimensions of health, including:
- Understanding the causes and prevention of NCDs
- Translating annual check-up results into preventive action
- Whole food, plant-based, low-fat nutrition
- Physical activity tailored to modern workstyles
- Stress management techniques for the workplace
- Quality sleep and healthy social connections
- Avoidance of health-risk behaviors
A Vision for Global Employee Health
This initiative reflects Mega We care’s vision of fostering a proactive health culture across its global workforce, grounded in Lifestyle Medicine. By starting with Thai employees, the company sets the foundation for expansion to international teams, families, and communities, with the long-term mission of reducing the global burden of NCDs.

Through Wellness We care, its social enterprise health center, Mega We care continues to pioneer programs that promote holistic health and preventive medicine. By integrating Lifestyle Medicine into employee wellness, the company reaffirms its role as a socially responsible enterprise—creating shared value and returning benefits to society while supporting employees to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.
