Good Sleep by Yourself (5-Day, 4-Night Health Training Program)

Good Sleep by Yourself Camp (5 days, 4 Nights) at the Wellness We care Center is designed to balance sleep suitable for those with difficulty sleeping, sleep less than 6 hours a day each night, often wake up in the middle of the night, do not sleep well, feel tired, feeling unrefreshed after waking up, lack of concentration, stress, easily irritated, easily forgetful. With a holistic approach to health care covering physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and social aspects by combining modern medicine with alternative medicine, Thai traditional medicine and Ayurveda, and the science of nutrition and nutrition therapy and lifestyle modifications. Camp style is learning through the workshops, including therapy with traditional Thai medical science, Ayurveda, and traditional Chinese medicine for contributing to balancing sleep. Participants will work with modern medicine, Thai traditional medicine, and Chinese medicine to design a treatment suitable for an individual and receive treatment designed specifically for people with sleep problems to restore your effective sleep period to fall asleep easily, sleep soundly, and sleep longer, ready to start your day bright and energetic.
