We, therefore, developed a piece of plant-based protein; a fish made from steamed tofu skins with soy sauce, ginger, and celery leaves. Both ginger and celery contain antioxidants and are anti-inflammatory. It also has properties that help enhance the digestive system’s functioning and helps reduce indigestion.
