4-Day Spiritual Retreat at Wellness We Care Center Mindfulness & Stress Management for Inner Balance

From May 20 to 23, 2025, the Wellness We care Center, Muak Lek, Saraburi, hosted a 4-day, 3-night Spiritual Retreat Camp for individuals seeking to develop mindfulness and enhance stress management skills. The retreat offered participants the opportunity to pause, reflect, and cultivate inner peace through a structured program rooted in mindfulness practices. 

This immersive retreat focused on seven key mindfulness tools designed to help participants observe their thoughts, improve concentration, and embrace silence as a path to deeper self-awareness. The goal was to release accumulated stress, restore emotional balance, and equip participants with practical techniques to integrate into their daily lives—guiding them toward a genuine sense of happiness from within. 

Set amidst the tranquil natural surroundings and fresh air of the Wellness We care Center, the retreat created an ideal environment for deep mindfulness exploration. In addition to mental and emotional practices, the program included physical wellness activities such as: 

  • Strength-building exercises 
  • Morning yoga and tai chi in nature 
  • Creative art sessions, including line drawing and watercolor painting, to enhance mindfulness through artistic expression
