On January 28, 2023, Mega Lifesciences PTY Company Limited and Wellness We care Center organized a Healthy Day by Mega We care at the Sawangkhanives, Bang Pu, Samut Prakan. In this event, Dr.Pakkawee Nakawiro, Family Medicine Physician of Wellness We care, provided a health lecture on “Self-care after being infected with COVID-19”. Around 100 seniors joined the event to learn about taking care of themselves after being infected with COVID-19, including eating, exercise for seniors, sleep quality, and simple 8 indicators for tracking health status.
In addition, the participants also enjoyed special promotions for health products, including vitamins from Mega We care and plant-based bakeries from Wellness We care.
