Empowering Members toward Sustainable Health through Lifestyle Medicine
Transform Your Lifestyle, Transform Your Health
The Government Pension Fund (GPF), in collaboration with Wellness We care, hosted the “GPF Healthy Body and Mind” Camp on August 30–31, 2025, at the Wellness We care Center in Muak Lek, Saraburi.
The camp was specially designed to help GPF members strengthen both body and mind, while learning practical ways to prevent chronic diseases through the principles of Lifestyle Medicine. The initiative reflected GPF’s commitment to promoting holistic well-being for its members and fostering sustainable health outcomes.

Driving Sustainable Community Health
Wellness We care, a social enterprise under Mega We care, remained dedicated to advancing community health through evidence-based Lifestyle Medicine. This collaboration not only supported individual lifestyle change but also highlighted the potential for reducing the long-term burden of non-communicable diseases (NCDs) in Thailand.
Because good health begins with the choices we make every day.
