Mega We care, a leader in pharmaceuticals and health supplements, continues to champion proactive health promotion at an international level by organizing the Reverse Disease by Yourself (RDBY) camp. Employees from Vietnam, India, and Thailand joined the program, held from August 7–9, 2025, at the Wellness We care Center in Saraburi, Thailand.
The initiative reflects Mega We care’s commitment to fostering a sustainable culture of health based on the principles of Lifestyle Medicine, empowering employees to effectively care for and protect their health throughout their lives.
Over the three-day camp, participants engaged in both knowledge-building and hands-on activities, including:
- Understanding the mechanisms behind NCDs (Non-Communicable Diseases)
- Learning the eight key health indicators
- Nutrition principles for Whole Food, Plant-Based, Low-Fat eating
- Appropriate exercise techniques
- Stress management strategies
Participants reported that the camp transformed their perspectives on personal health care, deepened their understanding of their conditions, and revealed new possibilities for managing NCDs without relying solely on medication—while complementing conventional treatment for better long-term outcomes.
The RDBY program reaffirms that Mega We care is more than a producer and distributor of medicines and health supplements—it is also a leader in building a comprehensive health ecosystem, striving toward the goal of “Healthy People, Sustainable Quality of Life.”
