Mega We care, a leading provider of pharmaceuticals and health supplements, continues to reinforce its vision of proactive, global health promotion by hosting a “Good Health by Yourself” (GHBY) practical training workshop for a delegation of physicians from the Philippines. The program was held on May 13–14, 2025, at the Wellness We care Center in Saraburi, Thailand.

Under the guidance of Dr. Sant Chaiyodsilp, Medical Director of the Wellness We care Center and lead instructor for the program, the training covered essential topics such as plant-based nutrition, effective stress management techniques, evidence-based exercise principles, and strategies for quality sleep—key pillars of sustainable wellness.
Driven by the philosophy “To help people stay healthy as long as they live” and believes that “everyone can achieve good health by themselves,” Mega We care sees this international training as a pivotal step toward scaling this knowledge globally.
