On June 21 – 22 , 2025, Wellness We care Center, located in Muak Lek District, Saraburi Province, hosted its monthly “Good Health by Yourself” camp. The program empowers participants with knowledge and practical tools to prevent Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) through Lifestyle Medicine — a proven, holistic approach to long-term health.
As a Social Enterprise under Mega We care, Wellness We care Center serves as a model health experience center (Experience Center) that focuses on lifestyle modification to promote sustainable well-being. The Center operates based on Lifestyle Medicine principles, encompassing six essential pillars:

During the camp, participants learned the fundamentals of Plant-Based, Whole-Food, and Low-Fat nutrition, focusing on minimally processed, natural, and seasonal ingredients. Practical sessions included healthy cooking demonstrations, beginner-friendly exercise routines, morning yoga for relaxation, sleep improvement techniques, and mindful food label reading. The camp also provided comprehensive education on non-communicable disease (NCD) risk factors and prevention strategies.
