Wellness We care Center, a social enterprise under Mega We care, organized the “Good Health by Yourself” Camp from July 12–13, 2025. This practical workshop aimed to equip participants with essential knowledge and skills in preventive healthcare based on the globally recognized principles of Lifestyle Medicine.
The camp emphasized hands-on learning, allowing participants to engage in lifestyle behavior actively change through various activities. These included plant-based cooking demonstrations (Plant-Based, Whole-Food, Low-Fat), nutrition label reading workshops, mindfulness and stress management exercises, morning yoga, muscle-strengthening routines, and practical tips for improving sleep quality. Participants also enjoyed Plant-Based Wholefood, and Low-Fat meals throughout the program.
As a national Experience Center for Lifestyle Medicine, Wellness We care integrates the six pillars of health:

The camp reflects Mega We care’s ongoing mission to promote practical, achievable good health across Thai society, fostering long-term well-being through sustainable lifestyle change.
