Wellness We care Center continues to advance health promotion through its Certified Lifestyle Coach (CLC) certificate program, with the 5th cohort conducted from July 26-28, 2025. Participants who completed the training received certificates endorsed by the Preventive Medicine Association of Thailand. The CLC program has garnered continuous interest, featuring a comprehensive learning format that includes 22 theoretical modules delivered online and intensive 3-day, 2-night practical learning camp sessions.
The training was led by Dr. Sant Chaiyodsilp, Center Director, along with a team of lifestyle medicine coaches who delivered knowledge through practical training covering various topics including SMART-Goal setting, advanced coaching techniques, reflective communication methods, motivating clients, reading and analyzing body language, and real-situation simulations to prepare participants to become effective health coaches. This program not only enhances coaching skills but also responds to health trends that prioritize prevention and behavior modification as core principles. It represents another significant step in sustainably elevating the professional standards of lifestyle coaches in Thailand.
