On August 5–6, 2025, Wellness We care Center, a social enterprise under Mega We care, hosted the “Plant-Based International Cuisine Cooking Camp” to promote sustainable nutrition by teaching participants how to cook diverse international dishes using plant-based whole foods.
Led by Ms. Boontharik Krupimai (Baitoey), the Center’s in-house nutritionist, the camp was conducted in Thai and offered a fully hands-on experience. Participants learned to prepare a variety of international plant-based menus while exploring techniques for flavor pairing, ingredient selection, and applying sound nutritional principles.
Highlight menus included:
- Grilled Tofu Steak with Mustard Dressing
- Italian-style Cream of Mushroom Soup
- All-Plant Black Rice Sushi
- Bruschetta and Spicy Mushroom Wraps
In addition to cooking skills, participants gained knowledge and inspiration on:
- Principles of Plant-Based Whole Food Eating
- Practical ways to adopt long-term healthy eating habits
- Sharing experiences and building motivation among participants of all ages
Wellness We care Center hopes this camp will inspire more people to embrace healthier eating patterns that benefit both personal well-being and the planet. The program reflects the Center’s mission to enhance quality of life through fun, creative, and practical learning experiences that participants can easily apply in their daily lives.
