Wellness We care Center, under Mega We care, continues its mission to promote sustainable health by organizing the 6th Certified Lifestyle Coach (CLC) training program, held from September 5–7, 2025.
Participants who completed the course received certification from the Preventive Medicine Association of Thailand, reinforcing the program’s role in raising the standards of professional lifestyle coaching nationwide.
The CLC program has gained consistent interest thanks to its comprehensive learning approach, which combines 22 online theoretical modules with an intensive 3-day, 2-night residential camp. Led by Dr. Sant Chaiyodsilp, Medical Director of Wellness We Care Center, alongside a team of expert lifestyle medicine coaches, the program covered essential skills such as SMART goal setting, advanced coaching techniques, motivational communication, body language interpretation, and real-life scenario simulations.
Beyond coaching competencies, the program reflects global trends in preventive health care and lifestyle modification, highlighting the growing demand for professionals equipped to guide individuals through sustainable behavior change. It further underlines Wellness We Care Center’s commitment as a Social Enterprise dedicated to advancing knowledge in Lifestyle Medicine—encompassing nutrition, physical activity, stress management, restorative sleep, positive social connections, and avoidance of harmful substances.
The successful hosting of the 6th Certified Lifestyle Coach program marks another significant milestone in developing high-quality health coaches, ready to play a vital role in driving Thai society toward sustainable well-being.
