Being healthy is essential to living life with joy and energy for work. Wellness We care Center gives importance to health for people of all ages. We organized health lectures for employees in the organization for better self-care guidelines.
On April 20, 2023, Wellness We care, and Mega We care, in collaboration with Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited, organized a Doctor Talk under the theme 100 X Happiness Smart Mind Smart Body at Pansuk Conference Room, with Dr. Phakwi Nakawiro (Dr. Bow), a family physician at Wellness We care Center, giving a lecture on the topic “The older you get, the more you need to pay attention to your health” and Khun Natchitra Triphongchai, a pharmacist at Mega We care joined the lecture on the topic “Osteoporosis, silent threats to be aware of the elderly,” with more than 70 people attended the lecture.
In addition to lecturing, the event includes basic health check-ups and specialist consultations. The participants also had fun with the health games at the Wellness We care booth, getting free health products at the event, and enjoying special promotions with many health products. Whether vitamins and supplements from Mega We care, or plant-based bakeries from Wellness We care.
