Reinforcing Its Role as a Social Enterprise Driving Organizational Health through Lifestyle Medicine
On June 17–18, 2025, Wellness We care, a Social Enterprise under Mega We care, participated in the Thailand HR TECH 2025 event organized by the Personnel Management Association of Thailand (PMAT) at Paragon Hall, 5th Floor, Siam Paragon, Bangkok. The Center stands out as a key force in promoting Corporate Wellness through keynote sessions, exhibition booths, and engagement with leading HR professionals nationwide.
One of the event’s main highlights was the keynote presentation by Dr. Sant Chaiyodsilp, Director and Co-founder of Wellness We care Center. His talk, titled “Good Health by Yourself: Tools to Build Immunity in the AI Era,” introduced the concept of self-care through Lifestyle Medicine. The session emphasized how individuals can strengthen both physical and emotional immunity to thrive in a fast-changing, tech-driven world. The keynote attracted tremendous interest from HR leaders and attendees, reflecting the growing awareness that employee health is becoming a “new core” of human resource management in the digital age.
At the event, Wellness We care also showcased its Corporate Wellbeing approach at its exhibition booth, emphasizing holistic employee health through a variety of initiatives. These included CSR programs focused on health awareness, behavior change campaigns within organizations, and executive health retreats designed to promote long-term Work-Life Balance and wellbeing.
Operating as a Social Enterprise, Wellness We care serves as an Experience Center dedicated to spreading knowledge and building practical skills in Lifestyle Modification. The Center applies evidence-based Lifestyle Medicine that encompasses healthy eating, regular physical activity, effective stress management, quality sleep, strong social connections, and avoidance of risky behaviors and toxins — all aimed at empowering people and organizations to achieve sustainable health.
