Wellness We care, the leading Social Enterprise under Mega We care, is set to elevate gut health and immunity from within through its 2-day, 1-night Probiotic Plant-Based Fermentation Camp, taking place from June 30 – July 1, 2025, at Wellness We care Center. 

This immersive program introduces participants to the art of creating plant-based fermented foods designed to promote optimal gut health. The camp features hands-on workshops where attendees will learn to make a variety of probiotic-rich fermented foods, including: 

  • Tempeh with enhanced texture and no undesirable odors 
  • Plant-based yogurt is ideal for individuals with dairy sensitivities 
  • Fermented vegetables, crafted following the principles of Plant-Based, Whole Food, Low-Fat (PBWF) nutrition—minimally processed, unrefined, and focused on actual health benefits 

Participants will also gain a deeper understanding of the vital role of gut microbiota, learn how to effectively interpret nutrition labels, and develop easy-to-follow, gut-friendly menus that can be incorporated into daily life.
