On August 28, 2025, Muak Lek Hospital, Saraburi, in collaboration with Wellness We care, a social enterprise under Mega We care, organized a health promotion activity for healthcare professionals under the theme “How to Eat for Better Health.”
The activity aimed to enhance understanding of proper nutrition and healthy food choices, particularly for those at risk of or living with non-communicable diseases (NCDs).
Ms. Boontharik Krupimai, Nutritionist at Wellness We care Center, served as the speaker, delivering practical knowledge on food selection. She also led engaging workshops such as “Smart Shopping” and “Cooking Challenge,” allowing participants to gain hands-on experience and inspiration to apply the knowledge in their daily lives and better care for their own health as well as their patients’.
The atmosphere was filled with fun and enthusiasm, reflecting the commitment of both organizations to strengthen the physical and mental well-being of healthcare professionals continually.
