Wellness We care, a Social Enterprise under Mega We care, operates with a crucial mission to provide knowledge and inspire people to transform themselves, create sustainable health independently, and help reduce Thailand’s NCD problems in the long term.
Recently, Wellness We care collaborated with the Office of the Civil Service Commission (OCSC) to organize the “Happy Me Happy Meal: Healthy ME, Happy ME” activity on August 25, 2025, at the Multi-purpose Room, 2nd Floor, OCSC Building, Nonthaburi Province, under the OCSC Campus project. The goal was to enhance knowledge and inspiration for holistic health care among government personnel.
Activity Highlights
“Good Health by Yourself” Lecture Session led by Dr. Warisara Rutrawanich, an expert in Preventive Medicine and Anti-aging, who shared comprehensive self-health care methods, from selecting appropriate foods, stress management techniques, quality sleep, to exercise for preventing office syndrome, along with sustainable behavior modification approaches.
“Healthy Snacks: How to Choose Without Weight Gain” Workshop conducted by Nutritionist Buntarik Krupimai from Wellness We care. Participants hands-on created Energy Balls and Yogurt Pie – healthy snacks that are easy to make, delicious, and highly nutritious, while learning principles for choosing healthy snacks in daily life.
Additionally, there were activities from the Mega We care booth that added color and fun, with prizes for participants to complete the learning atmosphere.
Wellness We care believes that “good health” is not just a personal goal, but the foundation of efficient work and building strong organizations. Seeing OCSC personnel open their minds to learn and practice together is a significant step in creating a “healthy organizational culture” that will spread positive energy to both personnel and agencies.
Through this collaboration, Wellness We care is proud to be part of supporting the well-being of government personnel and is committed to creating sustainable physical and mental health projects. A mission for society, for the Thai people’s health.
