Wellness We care participated in the FRIENDLY FOOD Market event organized by Lemon Farm at Samyan Mitrtown, G floor, and Lemon Farm shop, B1 floor. The event gathers healthy food in the Capital center for urban people to be happy, enjoy eating good food, and learn the power of food that affects good health.
On June 3rd, Wellness We care joined and shared knowledge on “Investing in your health by eating a plant-based diet” about how the Whole Food diet differs from vegetarian or vegan. There was also a plant-based “Fried Rice Mixed Vegetables” demonstration and another “Fake Mackerel Chili Paste” by Khun Baitoey, Wellness We care’s nutritionist. Participants also tasted and learned the tips for healthy plant-based cooking. On June 6th, there was a friendly talk with Dr. Pongpakorn Sornthanarat (Dr. Thames), a Wellness We care center physician, about “Sugar Blues” and how it affects health. The purpose is to properly correct and adjust our self-care practices and gain health knowledge. Participants can also purchase organic fruits and vegetables from Lemon Farm to support farmers and the environment.
