Mega We care, a leading pharmaceutical and health product company, recently conducted its second “GHBY Champions” (Good Health by Yourself Champions) training camp for executives and team leaders from more than 8 countries. The initiative aims to strengthen corporate wellness practices and promote the “Good Health by Yourself” philosophy across all 33 countries where Mega operates.
Recognizing the importance of building a health-focused corporate culture, Mega We care organized the comprehensive “GHBY Champions” training program for representatives from countries including Myanmar, Malaysia, Indonesia, Ukraine, Thailand, and Vietnam. The three-day intensive program, held from April 2-4, 2025, at the Wellness We care Center,Thailand, focused on Lifestyle Medicine approaches to health management.
Dr. Sant Chaiyodsil, Director of the Wellness We care Center, led the training sessions covering key aspects of Lifestyle Medicine including nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and quality sleep. Participants received both theoretical knowledge and practical training in plant-based, whole food, low-fat dietary approaches. The workshop featuring the popular healthy recipe “Pad Thai with Tofu Foam” was particularly well-received by camp attendees.
This second annual GHBY Champions camp focuses on developing health ambassadors from each country who will implement the ‘Good Health by Yourself’ concept throughout their organizations,” the program emphasizes. “We are committed to cultivating a corporate culture that prioritizes employee health across all countries where Mega operates.”
Throughout the three-day, two-night program, executives and team leaders from Mega We care responded enthusiastically and are now prepared to apply their new knowledge to their personal health practices while disseminating these wellness concepts to employees throughout their organizations. This initiative reflects Mega We care’s commitment to enabling sustainable good health through self-care—the core “Good Health by Yourself” philosophy—for employees across all 33 countries where the company conducts business.
